New Customer Enrolments - Day Care

Enrolments for new customers can be completed in 3 simple steps

Welcome to The Dog Den. We look forward to meeting you and your pup.

For all new customers, we offer a **free trial to allow us to assess your dog in a group play environment. During this time we will also observe their general wellness and response to interaction and touch with The Dog Dens team members.

Please remember to submit your Enrolment Form prior to your trial so we can prepare for your visit!

**Our free trials are for a max. of 6 hours and is limited to locals only (Auckland residents).

Enrolling is easy,
with 3 simple steps:

Step 1 - Fill out an Enrolment Form online. Prior to this first visit, we ask all new customers to complete a series of questions. This form lets us know more about your dog and provides us with health and medical history.
Step 2 - Call to arrange a trial or Contact Us.
Step 3 - Ensure that flea / worming treatment and all required vaccinations are up to date.
Please bring confirmation from your vet for the following vaccinations:
• Kennel cough
• 5 in 1 (DHPPV, Distemper, Parvo etc)
• Lepto Virus

IMPORTANT
Remember to bring your dog(s) on a leash with a collar or harness, and confirmation from your vet of the required vaccinations as per Step 3.
We require all new / trial dogs to be checked in no later than 730am (unless by prior arrangement). We also encourage all of our new guests to arrive before 8:30am for their next few visits, to give them time to adjust to day care and group play.
For all other drop offs, all guests must be dropped off before 10am.
