Please enter the number of nights you wish to pay for.
On confirmation, we will send you an invoice for the boarding in a separate email. Please pay 50% of the boarding fee as a deposit to secure the booking. The deposit is required no later than 5 working days from the time you receive the invoice. After this date, the booking may be released to another customer.
Full payment for boarding is due upon checking in and any additional costs incurred during the boarding period must be settled at the time of departure.
Country Club:
• We charge $64 per night for accommodation in the Country Club for non peak periods, and $74 a night for Peak periods.
Farmhouse VIP Boarding:
• We charge $80 per night for the VIP farmhouse experience in non peak periods and $90 per night during peak periods. This offer is only valid for customers at our existing daycare facilities who regularly purchase our VIP concession cards. An overnight trial inside the Farmhouse is required before booking, as the live-in staff who resided in the farmhouse, must get adequate sleep.
Peak charges apply 20th December until 31st January. Auckland Anniversary weekend, Waitangi weekend, Easter weekend, ANZAC day / weekend, Kings Birthday weekend, Labour weekend, and all school holidays. Additional days may apply – this will be confirmed on booking.
Cancellation Policy:
All bookings can be cancelled within 7 days of confirmation email. Cancellations made with 7 days or more notice from the booking commencement date, are credited a refund less a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking cost, to their Dog Den account for their next booking. Note if no payment has been made then the 25% will be due to The Dog Den on cancellation.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice from the booking commencement date will not be entitled to a refund, this includes checking out earlier than originally planned.
