Description
Please enter the number of nights you wish to pay for.
On confirmation, we will send you an invoice for the boarding in a separate email. Please pay 50% of the boarding fee as a deposit to secure the booking. The deposit is required no later than 5 working days from the time you receive the invoice. After this date, the booking may be released to another customer.
Full payment for boarding is due upon checking in and any additional costs incurred during the boarding period must be settled at the time of departure.
Country Club:
• We charge $64 per night for accommodation in the Country Club.
Farmhouse VIP Boarding:
• We charge $80 per night for the VIP farmhouse experience. This offer is only valid for customers at our existing daycare facilities who regularly purchase our VIP concession cards. An overnight trial inside the Farmhouse is required before booking, as the live-in staff who resided in the farmhouse, must get adequate sleep.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made with 7 days or more notice from the booking commencement date, will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice from the booking commencement date will not be entitled to a refund, this includes checking out earlier than originally planned.
